My path to being an exceptionally fit lady

I am a housewife with two teenage kids. As you can judge from my description, I am just reaching my middle age and suffering from a weight problem. You can say that it is bordering on obesity as my weight is quite above the mark. I have tried many things including pills, supplements and herbal products but they failed to impact my weight. While I was about to go down the depression alley, my friend recommended P90X Workouts. I was quite skeptical about the benefits of this DVD in the start but when I started the workouts; my reservations dissolved into thin air. Not only are these workouts simple, they can also be done at home as you do not need to use any equipment. I started with the very basic exercises on weight loss but soon improved my performance and moved to rather heavier workouts. I want to explore this phenomenon further so I am also thinking to start some heavy weightlifting. My husband has no objections on this and I am ready to take on this challenge as long as I have this great video tutorial with me. I have also recommended it to my friends and they are also hooked to these great exercises.
